The Loft
The Loft, 29-33 Albert Street, Port Fairy
Built in 2000 and part of the larger Old St Andrews estate which dates from 1854, this architect designed retreat is ideal for couples. The courtyard is sheltered and secluded. North, east and west facing, the private balcony overlooks the town, an orchard, the drive of pines and a native garden. The Loft, a short walk to the centre of town, is close to everything.

- Accommodates two people in one queen bedroom, with a wall heater
- Includes a single divan in the reading alcove
- Has a comfortable open-plan living/dining area with FREE Wi-Fi, smart TV, DVD and books
- Has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and a separate WC downstairs
- Has a bathroom en-suite with the bedroom

- Includes reverse cycle air-conditioning supplemented by a wood fire
- Has a private courtyard with outdoor facilities and a barbecue
- Includes off-street covered parking
- Provides free Wi-Fi with excellent coverage and speed
- Is a non-smoking environment
- Is not suitable for pets.
Bookings
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Arrival time from 2.00 p.m., with departure by 10.00 a.m.
- Bookings can be by email, phone or SMS.
- A deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- Full payment is required seven days before occupation by direct bank transfer. Receipts issued for all payments. Credit card facilities NOT available.
- Cancellation within four weeks of occupation incurs a fee of $50.
- Rates are valid until June 2027.

Minimum stay two nights except for Special Packages, usually special weekends which have a minimum stay of three nights. Rates remain fixed until the end of June 2027.
Payment is by Bank Deposit. Bank details will be provided when booking.
